No, our focus is on helping individuals achieve a healthy, sustainable aesthetic physique—not competition prep.

Coaching is 100% online. We communicate primarily through text and email, with video form critiques and check-ins to ensure you’re progressing.

6. What is a typical check-in like?
Each week, you’ll submit progress updates (weight, measurements, photos, or any struggles). I’ll provide feedback, make necessary adjustments to your plan, and address any questions or concerns.

7. How long before I see results?
Results vary depending on your goals, consistency, and starting point. With dedicated effort, most clients start seeing noticeable changes in 4–6 weeks and significant progress within 3–6 months.

8. How do I sign up for coaching?

To get the most out of the coaching process, I recommend a minimum commitment of 3 months.

Pricing

11. How much does coaching cost?
The standard rate is $150/month. However, I offer an introductory rate of $75/month for the first 3 months to my first 10 clients (Code: OG50)

12. Are there refunds if I’m not satisfied?
Due to the time and effort involved in creating a personalized program, refunds aren’t offered once the protocol has been written and delivered. However, I’m dedicated to working with you to address any concerns and make adjustments to ensure you’re on track toward your goals

Unlike cookie-cutter plans, this coaching is entirely personalized. I don’t just prescribe workouts—I guide you through nutrition, lifestyle tips, and mental strategies to ensure you can sustain your progress long-term.

Plans can be tailored for both gym access and home setups. Let me know what equipment you have, and I’ll customize accordingly.

Rather than rigid meal plans, I provide macronutrient goals and guidance to help you build meals that work for your tastes, budget, and lifestyle.
